In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 4 could be found in Group 8 together with Höörs HK H 65 4, Hammarby IF HF Grön, Vadstena HF, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb, HK Ankaret Röd, Åhus Handboll Lag 1, Växjö HF, Kungälvs HK rosa and H43 Lund HF 1 NF.

Uppsala HK 4 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against OV Helsingborg HK 05A with 6-7. In the Final, HK Eskil 2 won over OV Helsingborg HK 05A and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won B-Slutspel, after beating H43 Lund HF 1 in the final with 16-8.
