In addition to the 5 Höörs H 65 teams, 75 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Höörs HK H 65 3 could be found in Group 4 together with KFUM Kalmar HK, Huddinge HK 1, Kungälvs HK grön, IFK Malmö HF blå, Uppsala HK 2, Lugi HF 3, Borlänge HK, Ovesholms IF 3 and Staffanstorps HK Röd.

Höörs HK H 65 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret Röd with 4-11. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 2 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Höörs HK H 65 also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 2 with 8-9.
