In addition to the three Lugi teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 3 could be found in Group 4 together with KFUM Kalmar HK, Höörs HK H 65 3, Huddinge HK 1, Kungälvs HK grön, IFK Malmö HF blå, Uppsala HK 2, Borlänge HK, Ovesholms IF 3 and Staffanstorps HK Röd.

Lugi HF 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Sävehof with 11-12. In the Final, Kristianstad HK won over Lödde Vikings HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Lugi HF also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IK Sävehof with 7-8.
