In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with KFUM Kalmar HK, Höörs HK H 65 3, Huddinge HK 1, Kungälvs HK grön, IFK Malmö HF blå, Lugi HF 3, Borlänge HK, Ovesholms IF 3 and Staffanstorps HK Röd.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll Lag 1 with 4-8. In the Final, Kristianstad HK won over Lödde Vikings HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won B-Slutspel, after beating H43 Lund HF 1 in the final with 16-8.
