In addition to the two Kungsängens SK teams, 73 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kungsängens SK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Mullsjö, Karlskrona Handboll 1, Skuru IK 3, IFK Kristianstad 1, IFK Malmö HF, Tomelilla IF 2, IK Sund 2 and Alingsås HK 5.
Kungsängens SK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Roslagen 2 with 9-11. In the Final, Önnereds HK won over Borlänge HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004. Kungsängens SK also participated in Pojkar 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
