In addition to Back on Track Beachhandbolls Club, 61 other teams played in Flickor 2002. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Back on Track Beachhandbolls Club could be found in Group 4 together with Lugi HF 1, Eslövs IK, Kärra HF 2, Höörs HK H 65, Hammarby IF HF Vita, IFK Tumba HK 1, Kristianstad HK 1 and Finspångs HK FHK.

Back on Track Beachhandbolls Club continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Sannadals SK Röd with 11-12. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over H43 Lund HF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2002.
