In addition to the three Huddinge teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK 3 could be found in Group 3 together with Lödde Vikings HK 2, IK Sävehof, Bjärnums HK 1, Uppsala HK 4, Hammarby IF HF 2, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Guld, Ronneby HK 2, Åhus Handboll 2 and Tomelilla IF.

Huddinge HK 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Tollarps IF 2 with 8-10. In the Final, Höörs HK H 65 1 won over IFK Tumba HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Huddinge HK also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK 2 with 3-10.
