In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 4 could be found in Group 3 together with Lödde Vikings HK 2, Huddinge HK 3, IK Sävehof, Bjärnums HK 1, Hammarby IF HF 2, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Guld, Ronneby HK 2, Åhus Handboll 2 and Tomelilla IF.

Uppsala HK 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 10-16. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK 1 with 5-6.
