In addition to the two Sannadals SK teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 2002. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Sannadals SK Vit could be found in Group 3 together with H43 Lund HF 3, Alingsås HK 1, Kristianstad HK 3, Vassunda IF, Borlänge HK 1, Skuru IK, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb hbk and Kärra HF 3.

Sannadals SK Vit continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 4-12. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over H43 Lund HF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2002.

Sannadals SK also participated in Flickor 2002 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F02 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK 2 with 7-11.
