In addition to the three H43 Lund teams, 59 other teams played in Flickor 2002. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 3 could be found in Group 3 together with Alingsås HK 1, Kristianstad HK 3, Vassunda IF, Borlänge HK 1, Sannadals SK Vit, Skuru IK, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb hbk and Kärra HF 3.

H43 Lund HF 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Sollentuna HK with 8-12. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over H43 Lund HF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2002.

H43 Lund HF also participated in Flickor 2002 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 6-8 and ended up in second place.
