In addition to the 7 H43 Lund teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 7 could be found in Group 7 together with Åhus Handboll 3, Skuru IK 2, Borlänge HK 2, Halmstad Handboll 1, Redbergslids IK 2, Eslövs HF 2vit, Huddinge HK 1 and IK Bolton 4.

H43 Lund HF 7 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Silwing-Troja with 11-13. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 3 won over H43 Lund HF 4 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004.

H43 Lund HF also participated in Pojkar 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won A-Slutspel, after beating Alingsås HK 4 in the final with 11-9.
