In addition to the four Lugi teams, 66 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 1 could be found in Group 4 together with Borlänge HK Rosa, H 78 Sölvesborg 1, IK Lågan Hörby 2, Halmstad Handboll 3, HK Malmö, Alingsås HK 2, Hammarby IF HF, Eskilstuna Guif IF -04 Svart and IFK Kristianstad 2.

Lugi HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret BBHF with 10-11. In the Final, HK Aranäs won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

Lugi HF also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Aranäs 2 with 6-9.
