In addition to the four Halmstad teams, 66 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll 3 could be found in Group 4 together with Borlänge HK Rosa, Lugi HF 1, H 78 Sölvesborg 1, IK Lågan Hörby 2, HK Malmö, Alingsås HK 2, Hammarby IF HF, Eskilstuna Guif IF -04 Svart and IFK Kristianstad 2.

Halmstad Handboll 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Eslövs HF 3 with 12-15. In the Final, IF Swithiod won over IFK Kristianstad 5 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

Halmstad Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 4 with 10-11.
