In addition to the four Halmstad teams, 66 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll ETT could be found in Group 5 together with IK Lågan Hörby 1, IF Swithiod, Alingsås HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK 2, H43 Lund HF 1, Lugi HF 4, IFK Kristianstad 5, H43 Lund HF 4 and Eskilstuna Guif IF 1.

Halmstad Handboll ETT continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 1 with 7-11. In the Final, HK Aranäs won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

Halmstad Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 4 with 10-11.
