In addition to the three Halmstad teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll 2 could be found in Group 8 together with Trelleborg Handbollsklubb hbk, Spånga HK Hav, IFK Kristianstad, Höörs HK H 65 1, Eksjö BK, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, HK Aranäs Blå, Eslövs IK Gul and Alingsås HK 04.

Halmstad Handboll 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK with 5-7. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Halmstad Handboll also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 5 with 9-12.
