In addition to the 5 Halmstad teams, 75 other teams played in Pojkar 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll 2 could be found in Group 4 together with IK Bolton, Ronneby HK 2, Uppsala HK 4, VästeråsIrsta HF, H43 Lund HF 1, Ystads IF HF 3, Alingsås HK 1, HF Limhamn Svart and Kävlinge HK 3.

Halmstad Handboll 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 9-12. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 2 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005.

Halmstad Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 1 with 13-15.
