In addition to the three Halmstad teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll 3 could be found in Group 5 together with Borlänge HK 1, IK Baltichov, Eslövs IK, H43 Lund HF, Kristianstad HK 3, Falköpings AIK HK VIT, Eskilstuna Guif IF, Ystads IF HF 1 and IK Bolton.

Halmstad Handboll 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Växjö HF 2 with 8-10. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Halmstad Handboll also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 5 with 9-12.
