In addition to the 5 IFK Kristianstad teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Borlänge HK Rosa, Lugi HF 1, H 78 Sölvesborg 1, IK Lågan Hörby 2, Halmstad Handboll 3, HK Malmö, Alingsås HK 2, Hammarby IF HF and Eskilstuna Guif IF -04 Svart.

IFK Kristianstad 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eslövs HF 2 with 8-9. In the Final, HK Aranäs won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 11-12 and ended up in second place.
