In addition to IK Lågan Hörby, 20 other teams played in Herrar Junior 99-00. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby could be found in Group 2 together with HF Kalundborg, IFK Kristianstad 1, Uppsala HK 1, Kärra HF, H43 Lund HF Karinas änglar, IK Baltichov Sämre, Falu HK, IFK Tumba HK and HK Malmö.

IK Lågan Hörby continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 10-11. In the Final, Kävlinge HK won over H43 Lund HF Karinas änglar and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Herrar Junior 99-00.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Herrar Junior 98-00 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in H98-00 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 7-10.
