In addition to the two H43 Lund teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF Vit could be found in Group 1 together with Hässleholms HF 1, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Åhus Handboll Blå, Ystads IF HF 2, Tollarps IF 2, IFK Malmö HF 3, Vinslövs HK, Höörs HK H 65 1 H65 Röd and Huddinge HK Sol.

H43 Lund HF Vit continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ljunghusens HK 2 (Tom) with 7-8. In the Final, HF Karlskrona 1 won over Ljunghusens HK 2 (Tom) and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011).
