In addition to the two H43 Lund teams, 49 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF Vit could be found in Group 6 together with Ale Handboll United, Växjö HF, IFK Malmö HF 2, Uppsala HK 1, HK Ankaret, IFK Tumba HK 1, HK Aranäs Blå and Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07.

H43 Lund HF Vit continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Svart with 8-11. In the Final, HK Ankaret won over Lugi HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

H43 Lund HF also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll with 8-11.
