In addition to the three H43 Lund teams, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 2 H43 Blå could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Kristianstad 3, Dalby GIF 2, Ystads IF HF Vit, Haninge HK, Eslövs HF Vit, HF Karlskrona Grön, Åhus Handboll 1, Halmstad Handboll Röd and IFK Malmö HF 2.
H43 Lund HF 2 H43 Blå continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 6-7.
