In addition to H43 Lund HF, 64 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF could be found in Group 5 together with Huddinge HK Vit, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Höörs HK H 65 2, Kävlinge HK Blå, Åhus Handboll Blå, IFK Ystad HK, Hässleholms HF 1, IK Lågan Hörby 1 and IFK Tumba HK Blå.

H43 Lund HF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Täby HBK with 1-10. In the Final, Täby HBK won over IFK Tumba HK Blå and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

H43 Lund HF also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in F12 (f. 2010) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 2 Lödde Svart with 6-7.
