In addition to H43 Lund HF, 41 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF could be found in Group 3 together with Tyresö Handboll Röd, Ystads IF HF 1, Vinslövs HK, Kävlinge Harrie FF, Spånga HK Vit, Alingsås HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK VIT and IFK Kristianstad lag Svart.

H43 Lund HF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eslövs HF Svart with 12-15. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Tyresö Handboll Svart and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008).

H43 Lund HF also participated in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in P14 (f. 2008) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 9-10.
