In addition to the two Ystads teams, 40 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Tyresö Handboll Röd, H43 Lund HF, Vinslövs HK, Kävlinge Harrie FF, Spånga HK Vit, Alingsås HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK VIT and IFK Kristianstad lag Svart.

Ystads IF HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad lag Svart with 11-12. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad lag Svart won over Lugi HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008).

Ystads IF HF also participated in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK Svart with 10-11 and ended up in second place.
