In addition to Kävlinge HK, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK could be found in Group 4 together with Veberöds HK 1 Svart, Eslövs HF Grön, HK Aranäs 2, Falköpings AIK HK, Mönsterås HK, Växjö HF Brun, Eskilstuna Guif IF röd and IK Bolton Gul.

Kävlinge HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK with 9-11. In the Final, Eslövs HF Grön won over HK Aranäs 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010).

Kävlinge HK also participated in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in P12 (f. 2010) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Falköpings AIK HK 1 with 4-11.
