In addition to Stavsten HK, 17 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Stavsten HK could be found in Group 2 together with Chalmers HK, Hammarby IF HF, Åhus Handboll 4, Hässleholms HF /Bjärnum 2, Åhus Handboll 1, Halmstad Handboll, KFUM Lundagård and HK Björnen 2.

Stavsten HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Hammarby IF HF with 9-14. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over Hammarby IF HF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
