Ystads IF HF F02 2

In addition to the two Ystads teams, 65 other teams played in Flickor 2002 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 2 could be found in Group 6 together with IK Lågan Hörby 2, Växjö HF, Alingsås HK 2, Näsby Handboll 2, Uppsala HK 1, Borlänge HK 3, Åhus Handboll 3, AIK Handbollsförening and Vinslövs HK.

Ystads IF HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 2 with 5-9. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm won over Kärra HF Göteborg and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2002 B1.
