In addition to the three IFK Tumba Sthlm teams, 67 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba Sthlm 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Eslövs HF 3, HK Hylte, IFK Kristianstad 3, H 78 Sölvesborg 2, Önnereds HK Gbg Lag 1, H43 Lund 2, Åhus Handboll 1, Borlänge HK and Eksjö BK P-03.

IFK Tumba Sthlm 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 3 with 7-12. In the Final, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

IFK Tumba Sthlm also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 5-12.
