In addition to the 7 IFK Kristianstad teams, 63 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 3 could be found in Group 3 together with Eslövs HF 3, HK Hylte, H 78 Sölvesborg 2, IFK Tumba Sthlm 1, Önnereds HK Gbg Lag 1, H43 Lund 2, Åhus Handboll 1, Borlänge HK and Eksjö BK P-03.
IFK Kristianstad 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 12-13. In the Final, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1. IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
