In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 72 other teams played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with GW Landskrona HK 1, IK Baltichov, Haninge HK 1, Eslövs IK 1, Halmstad Handboll 2, IK Lågan Hörby 2, IFK Kristianstad 1 and H43 Lund HF 5.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 2 with 6-7. In the Final, Alingsås HK 4 won over Haninge HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2005 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in F05 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Tyresö Handboll 1 with 4-5.
