In addition to the two IFK Bankeryd teams, 63 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Ystads IF HF 3, Ljunghusens HK 2, Önnereds HK 1, Alingsås HK 1, H 78 Sölvesborg 2, IFK Kristianstad 1, IFK Tumba HK, H43 Lund HF 1 and Staffanstorps HK.

IFK Bankeryd 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Torslanda HK with 3-5. In the Final, Ljunghusens HK 2 won over Torslanda HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.

IFK Bankeryd also participated in Pojkar 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in P06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 5-6.
