In addition to the two IFK Bankeryd teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Skuru IK, Ystads IF HF 2, IFK Malmö HF IFK MALMÖ, Alingsås HK 3, Lödde Vikings HK 2, Lugi HF 1, IFK Tumba HK 1, Åhus Handboll 2 and Huddinge HK 1.

IFK Bankeryd 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 7-8. In the Final, Vinslövs HK won over Huddinge HK 4 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

IFK Bankeryd also participated in Flickor 2007 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF with 3-8 and ended up in second place.
