In addition to the four Eslövs teams, 84 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Höörs HK H 65 1, Vadstena HF 1, Sollentuna HK, HK Hök, Kristianstad HK 5, Huddinge HK 1, IK Lågan Hörby, IK Baltichov and Borlänge HK 1.

Eslövs IK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Gökstens BK with 10-11. In the Final, GW Landskrona HK won over Spånga HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2003 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund with 4-13.
