In addition to the four H43 Lund teams, 66 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 3 could be found in Group 5 together with Göinge HK, Lugi HF 4, HK Aranäs 1, Hultsfreds HF, Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, Alingsås HK 1, IF Swithiod, Eslövs HF 2 and IFK Kristianstad 2.
H43 Lund HF 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eslövs HF 1 with 14-15. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over IFK Kristianstad 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003. 10 games playedGoals |
