In addition to the three Kristianstad teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Alingsås HK 1, Tollarps IF 1, Ronneby HK 1, Eslövs IK 2, Hammarby IF HF 1, Lugi HF 2, Gustavsbergs IF HK, Höörs HK H 65 1 and Halmstad Handboll Vit.

Kristianstad HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll Röd with 8-9. In the Final, GF Kroppskultur won over Ronneby HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Kristianstad HK also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against VästeråsIrsta HF with 5-7.
