In addition to the two Sävehof teams, 78 other teams played in Pojkar 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Sävehof 1 could be found in Group 6 together with H43 Lund HF 2, Täby HBK, HK Aranäs 3, Kävlinge HK 1, Halmstad Handboll Röd2, Hammarby IF HF 2, Åhus Handboll 1, IFK Bankeryd 1 and Ystads IF HF 5.

IK Sävehof 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eksjö BK EBK with 9-10. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 2 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005.

IK Sävehof also participated in Pojkar 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 1 with 4-8.
