In addition to the four Sävehof teams, 55 other teams played in Pojkar 2002. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IK Sävehof P03 Boysen could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Malmö HF 1, Hammarby IF HF 2, Lugi HF, Torslanda HK Blå, Raklev G&I HF Kalundborg 2, Ystads IF HF 2, Uppsala HK Snabba fötter, IFK Kristianstad 3 and Halmstad Handboll 2.

IK Sävehof P03 Boysen continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Raklev G&I HF Kalundborg 2 with 9-10. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 3 won over Alingsås HK 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002.

IK Sävehof also participated in Pojkar 2002 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund HF migogang with 8-10 and ended up in second place.
