In addition to IK Sävehof, 73 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Sävehof could be found in Group 1 together with Huddinge HK Champs, Växjö HF 2, Tomelilla IF, Åhus Handboll 3, Veberöds HK 1, HK Ankaret Anker, Ystads IF HF 4 and HK Hök 1.

IK Sävehof continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 12-13. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

IK Sävehof also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 3 with 9-11.
