In addition to the two Sävehof teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Sävehof 1 Gul could be found in Group 2 together with Staffanstorps HK 1, Falu HK 1, IK Baltichov Lake Aspen, Kristianstad HK 1, Uppsala HK 2, HK Ankaret, Spånga HK Sol, Lödde Vikings HK Svart and Ronneby HK.

IK Sävehof 1 Gul continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 F04 1 with 7-11. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.
