In addition to IK Sävehof, 79 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Sävehof could be found in Group 3 together with Falu HK 2, H43 Lund HF Lund ÖT, Staffanstorps HK Blå, Uppsala HK 3, HK Malmö, Skuru IK, Höörs HK H 65 1, Ovesholms IF 1 and Ljungslätt HF.

IK Sävehof continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 1 with 7-10. In the Final, Kristianstad HK won over Lödde Vikings HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

IK Sävehof also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the Semi final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK 2 with 11-12.
