In addition to the two Ovesholms teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Ovesholms IF 2 could be found in Group 4 together with HK Aranäs Rosa, Huddinge HK Vit, IK Sävehof 2 Svart, Lödde Vikings HK 04, Höörs HK H 65 03, IF Hallby HK, Staffanstorps HK 2, H 78 Sölvesborg and Uppsala HK 1.

Ovesholms IF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Baltichov with 10-15. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.
