In addition to the 7 H43 Lund teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 3 could be found in Group 4 together with Alingsås HK 4, HK Silwing-Troja, Åhus Handboll 2, Karlskrona Handboll 2, HK Aranäs 2, Vinslövs HK p04, Tomelilla IF 1 and HK Roslagen 1.

H43 Lund HF 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 9-12. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 3 won over H43 Lund HF 4 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004.

H43 Lund HF also participated in Pojkar 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won A-Slutspel, after beating Alingsås HK 4 in the final with 11-9.
