In addition to the two Kävlinge teams, 73 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK 2 could be found in Group 8 together with Alingsås HK 2, Eslövs HF 1grön, IFK Skövde HK, IK Bolton 1, Skuru IK 1, HK Malmö 2, H43 Lund HF 6, Norrköpings HK and Halmstad Handboll 2.

Kävlinge HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 4 with 11-13. In the Final, Önnereds HK won over Borlänge HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004.

Kävlinge HK also participated in Pojkar 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P04 B-Slutspel, but lost it against IK Bolton 1 with 8-12.
