In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 49 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Tyresö Handboll 1, HK Aranäs Röd, Eslövs HF 2, IFK Bankeryd 2, Eskilstuna Guif IF Svart, Amo HK, Bollebygds SK and Åhus Handboll 1.

IK Lågan Hörby 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Åhus Padelklubb with 9-10. In the Final, Önnereds HK 2 won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007).
