In addition to the four Åhus teams, 47 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Tyresö Handboll 1, HK Aranäs Röd, Eslövs HF 2, IFK Bankeryd 2, Eskilstuna Guif IF Svart, Amo HK, Bollebygds SK and IK Lågan Hörby 2.

Åhus Handboll 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 1 with 8-15. In the Final, Önnereds HK 2 won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007).
