In addition to the three Åhus teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 1 could be found in Group 4 together with Höörs HK H 65 1, Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå, Växjö HF 3, IK Lågan Hörby 2, Alingsås HK 2 and Skuru IK.

Åhus Handboll 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK 3 with 5-11. In the Final, Huddinge HK 3 won over Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
