In addition to the two Åhus teams, 18 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Ligu Dam, Chalmers HK 2, Sälens Fjällbotaniska Vänner, Ystads IF HF, Vinslövs HK HK, IK Lågan Hörby, HK Björnen 1, Stavsten HK and Ramunder HK.

Åhus Handboll 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK with 7-12. In the Final, Ystads IF HF won over Kristianstad HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
