In addition to the three Åhus teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 3 could be found in Group 2 together with Växjö HF 1, Alingsås HK 3, Halmstad Handboll grön, Lödde Vikings HK 2 Lödde Svart, Hässleholms HF 2, Huddinge HK 1, H43 Lund HF and Höörs HK H 65 2.

Åhus Handboll 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK Orange with 7-10. In the Final, Vinslövs HK VHK 1 won over Kristianstad HK Orange and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
