In addition to the three Åhus teams, 34 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 3 could be found in Group 4 together with Habo HK, Falköpings AIK HK 3, Kävlinge HK, Växjö HF Brun, HK Aranäs 1, Veberöds HK, Höörs HK H 65 2 and IFK Ystad HK Svart.

Åhus Handboll 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF with 8-9. In the Final, Veberöds HK won over Lugi HF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010).
